ONLINE RETURN PORTAL

1: Register your return

Visit OUR RETURN PORTAL before sending the package back. Have your order number (e.g. COM1000) and your email address ready, as you will need them


2: Receive return instructions

Once you have registered your return online and stated the reason you are sending the item back, you will receive an email with return instructions.


3: Dispatch

Please note that the package must be sent, with a carrier of your choice, directly to the address specified in the email – not to a parcel shop. You are responsible for payment of your return. We recommend that you always return your purchase with a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt about whether the parcel has been received by DAY. We do not take responsibility for lost return packages.

Upon returning products, the parcel must contain the return form provided by us. The return form can be found alongside your purchase

All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that you are responsible for covering all shipping costs, and a handling fee of 10 EURO plus VAT will be deducted from your return. 

For returns outside of EU, be sure to put your receipt back in for customs.
Save any shipping receipt and/or tracking numbers.


All pieces must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached. We will not accept worn clothes. Note: You may lose your purchase amount. This happens if the product is deteriorated, for example, because you have used the item or the product is damaged while you were responsible for it.

We reserve the right to return the item to you if it is not in its original condition and cannot be resold.


When you return, please make sure that the parcel is properly sealed, to protect the clothes.

We will credit your return within 4 weeks to the card your original order was placed with. 

 

EXCANGE

If you wish to make an exchange, please return your item and place a new order.
