Orders submitted before 1pm are usually shipped on the same business day. Orders placed later are dispatched on the following business day, excluding Danish public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide.

For the time being, we do not ship to the below destinations:

  • Faroe Islands and Greenland (DENMARK)
  • Åland Islands (FINLAND)
  • Corsica, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Monaco, Saint Pierre, Wallis and the Futuna Islands,and New Caledonia (FRANCE)
  • Island Helgoland, and area of Busingen (GERMANY)
  • Campione d’Italia, Livigno, San Marino and Vatican City (ITALY)
  • Aruba and the territories of the (Dutch) Antilles (NETHERLANDS)
  • Svalbard (NORWAY)
  • Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca, Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (SPAIN)
  • Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Shetland Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Gibraltar (UK)

 

Delivery

Your will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link that allows you to track the package for delivery. However, be aware that it can take up to 24 hours from when you receive the email until the link is active with information about the status of your package.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. That is why we offer an easy exchange and return service, which is free in Denmark.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you return after this you will be charged a fee of 14 EUR. 

Note, you will be charged 180 NOK/15GBP in handling fee for returning orders from a non-EU country. 

To return an order, you must fill out the return form and use the return label that comes with your order. You can drop off the package at the courier company that is on your return label. We recommend that you receive a delivery receipt from your post office in the event of the loss of your return shipment, and that you note the shipment number from the return label so that you can follow the package.

Once the return has been checked by our team at our warehouse, you will recieve a refund within 20 business days. The refund is always creditited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made with.

Your return package must also contain a copy of the order confirmation, invoice or other documentation showing your purchase.

Items cannot be returned as a collect on delivery and not to a collection point address and you must pay for the cost of returning them. You should also ensure that an item has been carefully packaged when you return it. You are personally liable for the package/items until we have received them. Therefore, save any postal receipts and any track and trace number.
